These products do not meet the Cosmetic Regulations in Canada. Specifically, the products are missing bilingual English / French labelling, as well as the required hazard symbols, signal words, and safety information, which could result in misuse and potential harm to consumers. As of November 18th, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injury.

The boilers can release carbon monoxide (CO) due to delayed ignitions or component damage, posing a risk of serious injury or death. As of November 20, 2025, the company has received no reports of CO leaks in Canada, and no reports of injuries nor death. In the United States, the company has received 25 reports of CO leaks from the recalled boilers and 2 reports of death due to CO poisoning associated with the recalled boilers.

The bicycle frame can develop a hairline fracture near a weld, which can cause the tubes to separate, posing a risk of falling.   As of November 18, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents in Canada, and no reports of injuries. In the United States, the company has received 22 reports of frame fractures and 3 reports of frame tube separation, one of which resulted in a minor injury after falling from the bike.

The recalled product does not meet the labelling requirements and the child-resistant packaging requirements of the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act. The lack of appropriate labelling and child-resistant packaging could result in unintended exposure to the products and lead to serious illness or injury. As of November 13, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

Health Canada has determined, after testing, that this product is classified as a Class 3B handheld portable laser, which poses a danger to human health or safety. Use of Class 3B handheld portable lasers present an increased risk to consumers of permanent eye injury. Injuries result from the laser beam being directed in the eyes, even from short unintentional exposure.

The portable wireless battery charger’s lithium-ion cell component may overheat, which could pose a fire hazard to consumers.  As of November 12, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada, and one incident was received in the United States.

The grease inside the coaster brake hub assembly on the affected models does not provide adequate lubrication for the hub’s internal sliding surfaces. This can cause accelerated wear and internal damage, which may prevent the brake from working. The rider could lose control of the bicycle, posing risk of a fall hazard. As of November 10th, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada or in the United States.

A retractor may not lock properly.  An unlocked retractor will not properly secure a wheelchair and place the passenger at a risk of serious injury or death during normal vehicle travel, emergency maneuvers, or a crash. As of November 10, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

The screen console can overheat and ignite, posing a fire hazard. As of November 5, 2025, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.  In the United States, the company has received eight reported incidents, two reports of fire and six reports of smoking or melting. No injuries have been reported.
